Project objectives
When we began working with Abriso, a packaging manufacturer, our aim was to design a new website for the brand and build its image, based on the concept of being ‘eco-friendly’.
Brand image
With this new website, we wanted to strengthen Abriso’s image as an eco-friendly company. Our client places great emphasis on environmental protection. At every stage of its packaging production, it uses renewable energy, and 100 per cent of its production waste is recycled.
B2B client
The main target audience for the Abriso website is B2B clients. Ensuring a positive user experience for this group, too, is setting new standards in web design.
Navigation
To ensure clarity of the offer, a megamenu has been used, divided into categories of products. An alternative approach is to organise by sectors, often grouping selected products from various categories.
Product page
We have implemented what are known as “expandable sections.” This makes it possible to present product variants in a condensed, concise format, allowing users to view detailed information without having to leave the page. This solution also allows users to compare products with one another.
Simplified contact
Abriso has more than a dozen branches throughout Europe. To simplify the contact process, we’ve implemented an interactive map of our branches. This section also serves a secondary branding function by highlighting the company’s large scale.
Integration with Salesforce
We integrated our customer service system with Salesforce. The goal of this initiative was to support the company’s sales efforts
Managing CTA sections
To personalize the messages on the website, we’ve added sections that directly address the customer and encourage them to contact the company. On the Abriso website, each of these sections can feature customized content for every product, depending on its nature. For example, the product line related to food transportation includes a CTA that reads, “Hungry for more?”
New server, better performance
We migrated the data from the old website to the new server. We also optimized the site for speed.
Modular website structure
The Abriso website can be easily expanded in the future. We have implemented reusable sections that allow for the creation of new subpages without the need for programming intervention.
The company’s previous website was not intuitive, which made it difficult for visitors to find the content they were looking for. Our client wanted to ensure that the user journey on the site would not frustrate visitors, which our new design achieves.
