The challenge

The task was to design a new visual identity for the brand for the KIA car dealership and its implementation based on the new brand its basis new website based on the latest trends and standards in UX web design.

Rebranding

All proposals for a new logo have been supplemented with conceptual comments and visualisations, which helped the client to make a decision.

Strategy and UX

Our role involved analysing customer needs and tailoring the user interface to them. The main aim of the UX was to create a new structure designed to strongly promote not only new car models, but also servicing and financial services.

Project

All the proposals for the new logo were accompanied by conceptual notes and visualisations, which helped the client make a decision.
The website design was created using the most advanced UX/UI prototyping tools available on the market. Thanks to these, the client had continuous insight into the process, which significantly facilitated and accelerated communication. Work on the layout included both mobile and desktop versions, as well as a complete style guide. All of these elements are essential for the smooth implementation of the online shop.

Technology

The website has been integrated with the Omnetic
system (an AI-native Dealership Management System), enabling the automatic publication and synchronisation of offers as well as the multi-channel distribution of listings for new and used cars.

Implementation

Contact forms were a key part of the UX during the website’s implementation. Scattered throughout the site in easily accessible locations at the top of each page, they became a fundamental element of lead generation.

Numerous forms have been customised to include appropriate input fields or drop-down menus tailored to the subject matter of each subpage. As a result, some of the basic information is sent directly to the selected company representative, enabling them to more effectively and more quickly convert a new customer. This represents a significant improvement compared to if the process were to take place via a general form leading to a general inbox.

Results

The brand’s KV has been given a new visual identity, comprising a logo, a new colour scheme based on KIA’s corporate identity, and a new brand UI style guide. In addition, we have designed versatile social media templates that are visually consistent with the website’s style.
