Project objectives
We have developed a website through which you can book a chauffeur-driven limousine. We have created a design that complements the Key Visual, which exudes the elegance of the German manufacturer’s luxury cars.
Define a customer
We have created a website for Duda Cars, an authorised Mercedes-Benz dealer. Our client has launched a VIP shuttle service aimed at premium customers.
A website tailored to the audience
We designed the website and the form in accordance with UX best practices.
Aware that our target audience consists of frequent business travellers, we have designed the website to ensure that journey bookings can be made quickly and accurately.
Product page
The most important feature of the website is a car booking form tailored to the customer’s needs. Customers booking the service can select journey details such as the distance to be travelled, the starting point, the destination, stop-offs, the departure time and their preferred car model.
We have integrated the route selection form with Google Maps. For the customer’s convenience, we have developed rule-based software that automatically calculates the price of the service, taking into account a number of factors, including the date and time of the journey, the type of car, and whether the journey takes place within Poland or abroad.
Minimalism in an attractive form
Using the intuitive booking form, customers can quickly book a VIP shuttle service, which is primarily used by hotel guests and business travellers on work trips. To ensure the comfort of international customers, the website is also available in English.
We opted for minimalism and a straightforward design to ensure the ordering process was simple and took as little time as possible. After creating the website template, we were also responsible for implementing and launching the site.
Easy website management
A well-designed app must work flawlessly for both customers and administrators. For Duda Cars, we have created a booking system that allows for convenient fleet management.
If the selected car is unavailable at that moment, the customer is informed accordingly before the booking is confirmed. Automation at this stage reduces the workload on Duda Cars staff, which, in the long term, helps to optimise labour costs.
