Responsive website
Project summary:
We have created a fully functional website online.
We designed the UX and UI based on the brand’s visual identity.
We have adapted the information architecture to the needs of the website’s users.
We have implemented contact forms, a search function to help users find cars, and CTAs linking to the locations they are looking for.
For whom did we work?
Auto Frelik is an authorised Mercedes-Benz dealer. In response to the client’s requirements, we have revamped their website to bring it into line with the other official websites of the German brand’s dealers.
UX/UI
We have developed a UX/UI design that emphasises the prestige and subtle elegance of Mercedes-Benz cars. We opted for a black colour scheme accented with white and blue, a colour widely regarded as inspiring trust and a sense of security. We have created an attractive drop-down menu with a built-in search function, which makes it even easier to browse the website’s content.
Information architecture
Another key task was to create an intuitive and predictable information architecture, which would enable potential customers to quickly find the car model they are interested in or make use of other services provided by Auto Frelik.
We concluded each “node” on the conversion path with a CTA. This ensures that the user does not feel left to their own devices. The website has been designed in such a way as to guide the user through the next steps at every stage.
Website www
The Auto Frelik website is not used solely for the sale of new cars. Customers visit the site for a variety of reasons. They may wish to use the services of an authorised service centre, take out an insurance package or find out about current promotions.
Another large group consists of users who do not have a specific purpose in mind when they visit a website. We have developed a design that allows such users to quickly familiarise themselves with the full content of the site and decide on a specific course of action.
Contact forms
Given such a diverse range of potential users, it was necessary to design different contact forms tailored to the user’s purpose.
Search engine
The biggest challenge was filtering car models by vehicle type and condition. We created conversion paths based on customer type, clearly distinguishing between new and used cars.
CTA
Discussions with the company revealed that there is a group of customers who enquire about cars available for immediate collection. To maximise customer satisfaction, we have added a CTA button in the ‘New Cars’ tab that links to a subpage featuring only cars available at the showroom.
