UI/UX design, Implementation, E-commerce
The growing popularity of e-commerce and the expansion of the product range led Volcano to decide to launch a scalable e-commerce channel.
We chose the Magento 2 system, which met the client’s requirements.
Our client
Volcano is a brand renowned for its quality and with a well-established market position. It was created for people who have their own way of life. Each new collection highlights the uniqueness of the brand’s designs.
E-commerce challenges
Volcano offers thousands of products in numerous variants, all of which needed to be added to the online shop. Integration with the company’s proprietary ERP system was also a key consideration. As the company operates several warehouses, we implemented a system enabling the synchronisation of stock levels and orders. We found a solution that will allow the business to scale easily in the future. Our client received an online shop enabling users to make secure purchases regardless of their location or the device they are using.
Integration with the proprietary module DPD
We have implemented our own parcel management module. This enables Volcano to synchronise parcel data from the Magento 2 shop with DPD. The module also allows you to generate labels, waybills and warehouse documents to facilitate the packing of products.
Solutions to improve sales
We have implemented cross-selling and up-selling, which has increased the average value of a customer’s shopping basket. We have integrated the shop with the PayU and BLIK payment gateways. We have ensured that the sales process is simplified and have introduced UX solutions to reduce the number of abandoned shopping baskets.

Google Shopping Feed
Volcano wants to reach people searching for clothes on Google, which is why we have integrated the Google Merchant Centre account with the shop. This allows the administrator to easily export product data to the advertising system. Once the advertising campaign is launched, products from the shop become visible in the search engine.
Facebook Product Feed
The Volcano brand also wanted to reach users on social media. We implemented improvements to ensure that products from the online shop can reach customers with profiles on the world’s largest social media platform.
