Clue Topic
The new website was created to enhance the company’s image and present it as a modern, forward-thinking organisation. We have created a space whose elegance and modernity reflect the rail vehicles manufactured by Pesa Bydgoszcz.
Define a customer
Pesa is Poland’s largest manufacturer of rolling stock. Vehicles bearing this brand are in service on railways in as many as 11 countries across Europe and Asia.
Usability first and foremost
Our task was to create a UX/UI design, which would effectively showcase Pesa’s products , as well as also enabling easy contact between the company and its business partners. We have divided the recipients according to the purpose of purpose of the visit and placed particular emphasis on prompt communication via pre-defined contact forms.
Multimedia presentation
Our client has an extensive collection of multimedia materials for every model, which is why we have planned appropriate sections, so that we can showcase the vehicles from their best side. On the subpages product we have set aside space for a gallery of photos, configurations of sets, as well as and videos of the interior of the train.
Easy access to information
When designing the product subpage, we focused on data transparency. Even at the level of the homepage we carried out clear segmentation rail vehicles. The user immediately receives information about this, where they can read the specification of the product, which they are interested in.
Presentation of products
Descriptions of sets of rails are as so extensive that, it is difficult to present them in an accessible manner on website was another item on the list of priorities.
We have presented the technical data in the form of large, easy-to-analyse tables. This allows the reader to quickly familiarise themselves with the vehicle’s key specifications and make a purchasing decision.
Visual elements
On separate subpages, we have provided documents for download, information about the Pesa Group, as well as tender information. Among other things, a special ‘Purchasing’ tab has been created.
Elements interactive
In addition, we have created an interactive section presenting collision scenarios involving a train. On the graphical model of the vehicle, there are clickable points, which in an aesthetic manner display additional information.
Company history
Pesa’s main priority was to build its brand image through its online presence, which is why we set up a special section for railway enthusiasts. We created an interactive page showcasing the history of the company and the railway industry.
