Identification and support for the developer
Summary of the project:
We have developed a visual identity for the developer and his development.
We designed and launched a website www featuring a list of flats and developments.
We have arranged a meeting for the user with the sales department.
We designed promotional materials for a property developer.
Project objectives
Our client wanted a new visual identity that would reflect the high quality of its property development services. IQ Development also needed a website that would effectively showcase the company’s projects.
In both the branding proposals and the website mock-ups, we set out to highlight our client’s best qualities. We focused on showcasing high-quality building materials, the aesthetics of the buildings and tasteful designs.
Website
The IQ Development website presents the company as a specialist in the property development sector and also showcases its business partners. The site features a navigation path that allows users to efficiently access the list of flats and developments. By enabling users to download images of the flats and providing an intuitive form for contacting a consultant, we have improved the user experience on the site.
Services Additional
We have added the developer’s additional services to the main menu. We have introduced tabs for mortgages, interior design and special offers. This allows potential customers to navigate the website more efficiently.
Advertising materials
We have prepared the necessary promotional materials for IQ Development. We have designed promotional items for trade fairs, as well as those that play a special role during the first meeting with a client (folders, leaflets, business cards, etc.). We have selected the appropriate medium for all materials.
Project signage
We designed banners announcing the completion of successive stages of the developer’s work. On each of them, we highlighted the high quality of the completed developments.
Identification of the investment
We created bespoke visual identity designs for each development. The overall look was consistent with the developer’s brand identity.
