We have introduced features that make it easy to search for the flats you’re looking for.
We designed a key visual and a logo showcasing the main features of the housing estate.
We have prepared promotional materials for use both online and in print.
Project objectives
We work on an ongoing basis with Ebudom. Drawing on UX standards, we create website mock-ups to promote new developments, as well as key visuals that capture the character of each project. When creating the “Oasis” promotional website, we focused on showcasing its unique features and natural surroundings.
Who is our client?
Ebud is a constantly growing company specialising in the construction of investment properties.
In response to the demand for new promotional materials and the rapid growth of the digital industry, the company decided to create separate promotional websites for its new developments.
“Oasis” stands out for the high quality of its buildings’ finishes, its focus on residents’ comfort, and its design tailored to suit people of all ages. The development is surrounded by rain gardens and is situated close to Myślęcinek, which further emphasises its unique character.
Key Visual and logo
To capture the unique character of the development, we have created a new KV design. We have focused on prominent visuals to showcase the natural surroundings of the buildings. We designed the logo, drawing inspiration from the Yin-Yang symbol of balance and versatility, as well as the shape of a leaf. It is the central element, recurring throughout various sections of the website.
Website www
We designed and created a mock-up of the promotional website. We implemented an intuitive information flow that makes it easier for individual users to find content of interest to them. We introduced a search function for flats based on their types and layouts. The system now generates a list of available properties without the need for lengthy searches.
We have developed interactive features that further enhance the website’s appeal.
Promotional materials
In addition to the flat plans showing the layouts of all storeys, we have prepared print materials (billboards and posters). Upon receiving the architectural plans, we adapted them to the new visual identity so that they would be consistent with the rest of the materials.
