Design and implementation of a website for the medical sector

We designed and launched a promotional website.
We have introduced new features on the website to improve the user experience and enable users to download the mobile app.
We have created animations and illustrations to encourage people to download the app.
Project objectives
Our aim was to design and launch a website encouraging users to download the Your.MD app. The clear organisation of the content, enhanced with illustrations and graphic elements, allows users to quickly familiarise themselves with the app’s features.
Our client
Your.MD is a system designed to provide a preliminary medical diagnosis based on the symptoms described by the user. The aim of the test is for the system to determine whether the user’s condition requires a visit to the doctor. The app aims to reduce queues at doctors’ surgeries by filtering out cases that unnecessarily prolong waiting times for those in need.
Solution
We have created a website to promote the Your.MD app. As well as encouraging users to download the app, the site serves a sales function, allowing users to download the app without having to navigate to another page. Thanks to the instructions provided on the promotional page, users can familiarise themselves with how the app works straight away.
Key Visual
The new KV makes use of a rich colour palette and animations for individual sections and elements. It has been designed using photographic material and illustrations that do not directly relate to medicine or healthcare, but are more lifestyle-oriented (depicting scenes from everyday life). The new visual identity has also been enhanced by simple illustrations.
Knowledge base
The website features a knowledge base and a symptom database, designed to help users accurately identify their symptoms. The system has been designed to make it as easy as possible to search for information on all devices.
Thanks to drop-down fields, users can immediately indicate their problem, avoiding having to wait for the search results to load.
Trust and security
As well as aesthetic and image-related considerations, we were keen to build trust with our users. To this end, the project involved the implementation of a live chat feature, user reviews and expert medical opinions, a list of partner brands, articles, a blog and a video introducing the whole team.
