About DaVita Poland
DaVita is a global leader in nephrology care, operating in dozens of countries around the world. In Poland, the company operates a network of centers specializing in dialysis and the treatment of kidney diseases, providing patients with comprehensive medical care, educational support, and state-of-the-art diagnostic facilities.
DaVita Center Finder
A key element of the new website’s user experience is the resort search tool. It allows users to find the nearest location relative to their current location or a specified address in just a few seconds.
We designed this module to be accessible immediately upon visiting the homepage and visible on all subpages, as it is the tool most frequently used by patients and their loved ones.
Onboarding for new patients
We have designed online tutorials that guide new patients step by step through the treatment process and how to use DaVita’s services. We focused on simple language, clear graphics, and a logical organization of the content so that the information is easy to understand even during difficult, stressful times.
Medical calculators
We have added interactive medical calculators (eGFR, TSAT, BMI, HOMA, and MEWS) to the website. These tools are designed for both patients and medical staff to assist in assessing health status, calculating indices, and monitoring parameters related to kidney disease and the patient’s overall condition. These tools enable a quick, preliminary interpretation of test results and better preparation for a medical consultation.
Employee Intranet
In addition to the website for patients we have also created an intranet for the team at DaVita Poland, along with a points-based system, the ability to award recognition and access to internal resources. The platform supports team integration, motivates staff to achieve goals and facilitates access to procedures and training materials.
